Cultural & Language Training

Prepare for the way Japan does business.

How we help

Prepare for the way Japan does business.

We prepare Indian employees for working in Japan through structured training in Japanese business culture and etiquette. Our language courses build a strong foundation in Japanese and support employees in preparing for the JLPT examinations, equipping them to operate confidently in a Japanese business environment.

Preparation for Japan works best when language and workplace understanding develop together. Knowing what to say is useful; understanding the setting, expectations and intent helps people use that knowledge with confidence. We help Indian employees prepare for the human side of working in Japan.

The support in practice

Readiness for the conversation and the culture around it.

01

A practical language foundation

Build the Japanese needed to begin communicating with greater confidence. Current ability, job responsibilities and the proposed assignment help establish a suitable starting point.

02

Workplace culture in context

Explore business etiquette, respectful exchanges and everyday professional expectations. Training creates room to discuss unfamiliar situations before employees encounter them in person.

03

JLPT preparation with direction

For participants working towards the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test, we discuss their current level and examination objectives. Preparation is structured around the agreed learning needs.
